The Perfect Exfoliator

Possibly the best exfoliator ever.

Ladies (men too, if you wanna give this a shot — made my dad try it), this is it. Possibly the best exfoliator ever. An exfoliator is a wash made of granular substances to remove dead cells from the surface of the skin. Doing this once or twice a week does wonders. You need to give this particular one a shot! Like now. Not sponsored by anyone or anything. Just in awe that this has worked so well these past few weeks. It’s made of the green tea bag leftovers, so for my green tea lovers who simply throw those bags away, you can put finally those to use. Or if you’re like me, just use the green tea to wash the exfoliator off.

So, this simple mix is made of 4 components: 1 leftover green tea bag, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of rice flour, and a few drops of lemon juice. Make green tea like you normally do — take hot water and drop in the bag. Once the water is cool, take out the bag. Cut open the bag and add it in a small bowl with the other 3 ingredients. Mix it up and apply it to your face in circular motion for about five minutes. Then, let dry for 20 minutes. It is going to be sticky because of the sugar, so don’t worry if this is the case! After 20 minutes, just wash it off (once again in circular motion). For the green tea drinkers, water should work fine. For those using the bags just for this, use the green tea to wash it off first and then water.

Disclaimer: This exfoliator has worked for me, so I’m just passing on the knowledge. By no means am I endorsing anything by saying this. If you are allergic to any of these ingredients, please don’t try this. Again, use common sense. Worked for me; may not work for you.
